At XIA Carnival, all costume sales are final. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of each costume, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a payment has been made.
Please review the following terms carefully:
1. No Refunds
All deposits and full payments made toward your costume are non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellation, personal scheduling conflicts, costume dissatisfaction, or inability to travel.
2. Costume Changes or Adjustments
Costumes are made to section specifications and may vary slightly based on materials, supply availability, and final design execution. Minor changes or substitutions may occur, but the integrity of the costume will be preserved. These variations do not warrant a refund or exchange.
3. Transfer of Costume
While we do not process refunds, masqueraders may request to transfer their costume to another individual. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@xiacarnival.com and are subject to approval. Transfers must occur before the final distribution date and include full payment.
4. Unclaimed Costumes
Costumes not collected within the specified distribution period will be forfeited without refund. It is the masquerader’s responsibility to ensure pickup or authorized collection is arranged in advance.
5. Event Changes
In the unlikely event of parade rescheduling or cancellation by the Miami Carnival Committee or any governing body, XIA Carnival will not issue refunds. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, government orders, or public safety measures.
